In order to avoid cross-infection, products with non-quality problems are NOT accepted for exchange or return.

 

Including but not limited to the following examples of Not Acceptable:

  • I don't like the colour when I received the order.
  • My cat/dog doesn't like the item I purchased.
  • I picked the wrong size.
  • It's not the one I have in mind.
  • I don't like it.
  • etc.

Products with quality issue can be exchanged or returned within 15 days.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subjected to 15% restocking fee plus Return to Sender shipping fee and full amount of the original package shipping fee.

Customer will be responsible for extra shipping fee if the order return to us and would request to ship out again.
